Use of Funds
The money raised through this capital campaign will be used to improve both the player and fan experiences while also replacing aging and broken equipment. Most of the league's annual revenue from registration fees is used to fund league operations. The main focus of this campaign will be to upgrade district field to support two real Little League fields for our players and thier fans. We are committed to getting our lower division players onto these fields as scheduling allows. In the mean-time we have also identified meaningful improvements to our other fields to ensure safety is paramount and the experience top notch.

Majors Field
- Move dugouts 30 feet down the lines to allow for new bleachers and an improved fan experience around home plate.
- Replace dugout benches and add bat and helmet storage.
- Extend the fence to 200 feet and add distance signage. Fence height to remain at 4 feet high.
- Upgrade camera system for reliability and picture quality (complete)

Minors Field
- Install a grass infield (currently dirt).
- Move field five 5 feet further from the backstop.
- Extend the fence to 200 feet at the corners and 190 feet at center field. Fence height to remain 4 feet high in left and right field. 6-8ft in Center.
- Rebuild the pitcher's mound to proper height.
- Increase net height down the 1st and 3rd base lines.
- Upgrade the Wi-Fi and camera system. (complete)
- Replace the aging scoreboard and add pitch counts.
- Install foul poles.
- Add bullpens down the foul lines.

District Cage
- Replace aging L-screens and hitting nets.
- Repair Iron Mikes.
- Add a Hack Attack Junior pitching machine.

Crocker
- Add storage bins for teams.
- Purchase field maintenance equipment.

North / West Fields
- Add backstop nets for practices and games.
- Continue to fund painting baseball diamonds at North for T-Ball and A Ball.
- Add a dirt baseline at West.
